Life isn’t easy. A LOT OF US struggle and have questions. We can all have worries, hassles, hang-ups, fears. But at times we can feel overwhelmed and frustrated. We’re not sure what to do. We could use someone to talk to. Yes, we could probably
use a little help.
That’s what Wesley Family Outreach Ministry is all about!  We offer free, informal consultations with a trained and experienced clinical social worker at no cost!  And this help is available not just to members of Wesley but to anyone in the community.  You can either set up an appointment (with no lengthy papers to fill out, no crowded waiting room with people staring at you, no 4 week waits) or just talk over the phone.  You may need some time with a listening friend or you might have a question that you’d like to ask.  Wesley Family Outreach is here for you!
How to access this help:  You can call Ken on his cell phone at 641-512-5565.  His goal is to try to return a phone call within an hour and, if needed, meet face-to-face within 24 hours.
Ken Zimmerman is a licensed independent social work with nearly 40 years of experience.  In addition to his work at Wesley Ken is currently in private practice at Behavioral Health Options here in Mason City.  He served as the Executive Director of the Mental Health Center of North Iowa from 1979 to 2008.  Prior to that, from 1972 to 1979, worked at the Des Moines Child Guidance Center.
